This is the huge family room open to the eating area and kitchen.We have designed a custom wood panel that will run up to the ceiling and will also be installed on the ceiling. 

Large Chandelier in the middle of the room, custom sound system oversize TV and horizontal fireplace. 

 Looking into the kitchen with large island and bar with a large fry kitchen beyond. As of today April 13 I have not finalize the cabinets, counters or tile so the new buyer could customize this to their tastes with me.

This is the ceiling above the grand staircase that will have custom panels with back lit leaded glass panels. I can't wait to see it finished! Will be gorgeous!

 I am just working on the entry doors and when they are installed they are going to make a statement!!

This feature wall runs from the lower floor through the main part of the home to the upper floor. It will be finished in stone. A real wow factor especially with the custom ceiling design with back lit glass panels.
