Real Estate is Picking Up/ Renovations and New Builds are also making a come back.

The reno industry seemed to slow for a bit but now we are getting busier than ever. Whistler residents were holding off with reno's because of the economy but now they are creating a rush for the Olympics. It will soon be hard to find good contractors to complete these jobs because everyone is getting inundated with calls from people with tight deadlines for xmas and the Olympics.

It is very exciting and we are already working on a few very large projects. We are looking forward to a very successful year.

We are also going to be working on a few new homes and a few large commercial projects.

I also saw that there were bidding wars on homes again in Vancovuer.......hope that the recession is over!!
